Spotto Features: Portal Workflows and Tools

Find the right workflow

Spotto organizes cloud operations around the task you are trying to complete. Use this page as a map, then follow the linked guide for the controls, data boundaries, and common failure modes of that workflow.

The Portal filters navigation by company feature availability and your assigned role. If a page documented here is missing from your navigation, review Portal Access and Permissions rather than assuming the URL alone will grant access.

Troubleshooting

A documented feature is not in the Portal

What you're seeing: A page linked here is missing from your Spotto navigation.

Likely causes:

  • The wrong company is selected.
  • The company does not receive the feature set.
  • Your role or delegation scope does not include the page.

How to fix:

  1. Select the intended company and check the navigation again.
  2. Ask a company administrator to review Feature Sets.
  3. Ask the administrator to check your role and scope in Users.
  4. If access looks correct, contact Spotto support with the company name, feature name, and a screenshot of the navigation.
